Couldn't agree more. Caleb is probably past the point of talking about his alcoholism, his experiences with Attack Attack, and so forth. So where is there to go from here? All bands/artists change. They can't go back to that sound unless they had a reason to, but even then, it's still not the same. Caleb, nor the rest of Beartooth, live there anymore. "The Past Is Dead" could very well be a sign off to the music they've created.
