3:38 to be honest I don't think you should be penalized if you don't play it perfectly on drums. In real life, the drummer plays it differently every time. As long as it follows a similar fill, it should count as perfect accuracy.

no drummer ever plays the same way twice, they always change it slightly or even more Everytime they play it, because anyother way to play it would be wrong. Sometime an extra bass hit, or a different pattern brings so much life to a song.

It takes a really long time to get it down to a decent level. I worked on it in sections. The first section is a 4 kick 4 snare pattern. Work on that for a while at a slow speed, increasing over time until you can do it at full speed, then work on the next section, which would be the 2 kick 2 tom pattern. Once you've got the 2K2T down, start from the first section and play that first two at full speed a few times to work the flow. Then start the 3rd section, triple kick with cymbal accents and single snare roll, and so on. You'll get it eventually. Just takes a stack of practice. :)

Yes, because not only does the bass have way less notes, it's also way less complex and guided towards rythm, now I do agreed, if you play a lot of rythm in a song like bass usually does, it's really hard to switch that towards unrythmed parts which bass sometimes has. But to be frank if you look at close to almost any part in this song where base has it hard, the lead guitar has at least 2 parts which are twice as hard. all in all they're both good at different things and actually we shouldn't be comparing the two.
