Beasties im lovin! Why? Coz they butter my muffin! Seen those boys getting it on live at T in the park and Manchester arena. They blew me away knocked me out rocked the stage when they turned it out. I been to see mucho live music in my area of operations but nothing comes close to beating the 3 mcs n 1 dj i really like called mix master Mike.

My finest favourite Beastie tracks are Boddissttva vow and the super sublime rhyme of Non stop disco powerpack. Be honest i deeply dig a huge swathe of their entire back catalouge but the 2 i mentioned just never get old for me. In fact they ill! So chilly chill.

I saw them in 87 with Public Enemy at the Spectrum...in 94 in Philly Civic Center..in 97 in Philly I shot that tour..Almost in 98 with Rage and STP in RFK stadium in DC, it was cancelled for Mike D's broken arm....in 2000 in the FU center with Tribe called Quest....and in 2002 in Philly Penns Landing outside for The Mix up tour instrumentals....And I remember the one I missed most too... I think what could have been in Washington DC!

Saw them at the Capitol Theater in Jersey back in 1987. Public Enemy opened for Murphy's Law, who were the actual runner up prior to the trio ripping up the stage. First night Daryl DMC McDaniels also came out to Rap with the Boys. On the next night the late, great Jammaster J hopped up with Hurricane. Louise was in her cage, and the giant foam penis rose center stage behind the wheels of steel. It was like being born again.

When they opened their live set at Manchester arena the central stage started to revolve and the 3 bad brothers you know so well let rip with skills to pay the bills while pogo dancing in white boiler suits. The whole crowd stood up out of their seats and bam god damn instantly it was party time. I danced thru the whole gig . Awesome is a word so overused nowadays but it was pure old school awesome . I was left buzzing for days from it afterwards. All time top live act.
