Hey guys, It's evan from howtosbybros today I will be showing you how to do a frontflip on a trampoline thank you so much for clicking my video when there was 100's to choose from. This trampoline tutorial will hopefully encourage you to do an actual front flip. So let's go over the steps: First step get comfortable boucing on a trampoline.. In order to do a front flip you of course need to be able to jump or bounce on a trampoline, Next step is being able to bounce more than 3 times, but steady. Once you have that you are ready for the 3rd step, which is getting comfortable with tucking. Jump or bounce on a trampoline and grab your knees and land dont worry about doing a frontflip yet. Once you get comfortable with that get comfortable putting your arms above your head before every jump.
Learning how to do a frontflip or front flip on a trampoline will take time so be patient, all you have to worry about is practice. Practicing a frontflip on a trampoline will take time but once you do it you dont lose it. Thats the nice thing about learning how to do a frontflip you never do lose it! It's kinda like riding a bike, even if you take years off you can still and will able to do it! OK lets more on to the next step which is doing the actuall frontflip. Ok so what you are going to do is start off with somersaults, I know it sounds babyish but trust me this frontflip tutorial will work especially on a trampoline. Anywho so do somersaults till you get comfortable with them. Now do somersaults but go higher and higher as you go. You might land on your butt, Get back up. Ok once you have a high "in the air somersault" (frontflip) your gonna now get even more hight on the flip. Once you are easily landing on your butt with no struggle now you're gonna try to put your feet out in time
Keep in mind guys doing a frontflip on a trampoline is a blind landing, meaning you don't know where the heck you are. Once you see the sunlight you are free to start letting go of your knees and kicking your feet out. This step take lots and lots of time and practice so don't worry about that.
