You can actually keep producing scouts with excess resources and dropping hunting cabins too, while making pressure to isolated buildings or eventually denying the resources with professional scouts, that last one would be fancy and niche but it's still an option. If it reaches age IV you can split into farming and taking the unused boar too. But I don't know I'm just a bad AoE4

What do you do as Rus in 2v2 with HRE? Is the FC a good strategy? Do you build monastery for relics or you leave them to your HRE ally?

Dude... If you are not able to push deers with 3 fucking scouts while nothing else is happening... I strongly suggest to abandon the game
