Thanks for your great and clear explanations. Generally I do not have bad breath (halitosis) However, I have recently started having a garlic clove each morning for other health benefits. This will give me 'garlic breath' but there is no bacteria inbalance. The 'sulphur' is from the garlic and I assume it lines the inside of my mouth after ingesting (I crush it and drink it in water) Is your therabreath oral rinse still the answer for me? Should I rinse immediately after taking the garlic? Or is simply 'mouth' cleaning not the answer. I have read that the garlic smell comes up from yoru stomach or even from your lungs after getting in the blood stream. Can you clarify for me please? Many thanks.

I used to use tb products for many years until they changed the formula for periodontal and added ingredients that cause terrible irritation. They also changed the best probiotic mouth colonization formula which took a month but which worked to a useless gum now. They sold out, literally, for 580,000 mil now. Very disappointed, but its so typical. I switched to another brand fro sensitive gums/ teeth but now I just use arm and hammer bs toothpaste without any peroxide. Those peroxide type ingredients are terrible for everything. The baking soda whitens my teeth and my sensitivity is so much better. No more rinses at all, just water, good teeth and fresh breath. floss , tongue scraper , and rinse with small amount of baking soda mixed with water after brushing , to keep the acid level down so the bacteria can't grow. I recently also use therabreath , it works so well.
