The morning cold shower is T H E B E S T, after it's over. It's the ultimate high -- I do breath work while freezing under the cold water and it seriously helps the process. About 10 minutes after the water torture you will feel a high like you've never felt - and it lasts for hours!!!!
@jamesherried92695 ай бұрын
The problem with taking a shower (or bath) in the morning is that it washes away the oils in the skin, that are needed to make Vitamin D in the skin, upon exposure to direct sunlight. So its better to take a shower at night, before bed; at least 8 hours after sun exposure.

@@jamesherried9269 I have heard somewhere that bathing won't washaway the vitamin d produced because it is under the skin. What you mentioned is on the siun right? May be the oil that is washed away is not that much. The 'high' that you have after the bath is true. I don't feel a high. I feel my entire body going in to a deep relaxation.
@jamesherried92692 ай бұрын
@@smartguygiyo Recently, Vitamin D researcher Dr. Michael Hollick stated that bathing doesn't wash Vitamin D from the skin, since the Vitamin D is in the skin. Many years ago, Dr. Nicolas Perricone (dermatologist from Yale) said that bathing does wash Vitamin D from the skin, if the bathing is done within 8 hours after sun-exposure. But that was 20 years ago, when Dr. Perricone said that.

Howwwwww wonderful to hear this!!! Gary probably has a tight lip-tie though. Has anyone else noticed ? Soooo many people with misdiagnosed or undiagnosed health issues because their tongue has never been mobile and free. Liberating restrictive frenums at birth stopped in the late 1950s when all births suddenly became medicalised. Within 10 years, medical specialties such as gastro enterology, pediatric medecine, orthodontistery, stomatology and speech therapy emerged.

In the 1980s when you went to the beach very few people were overweight, now when you go to the beach most people are overweight, the world is getting sick and it's because of the active pursuit of comfort like Gary said. Go through Mc Donald's get a bigmack and Fry's because it's easy instead of making a healthy whole foods lunch. Sit at lunch and have a 1500 calorie vilnilla frappe instead of going for a walk., examples of modern day choice's that lead to bad health.

Can someone invent indoor light 💡 bulbs to mimic the sun and grass indoor 🤷♀️
@antoniariboni853711 ай бұрын
You can get full spectrum light bulbs. The issue is morning light- especially first 30mins after sunset are really special. No uva/uvb. Resets your bodycclock fur the day which helps you wake up- and also know when it's time to get ready for sleep- and it's free😊 Midday sun has UVB - which is when we make vitamin D. If you can -just go outside. We were made to use sunlight as cellular fuel.
