In this episode of Habits and Hustle, I chat with Gary Brecka, a human biologist and former mortality expert, who provides an in-depth discussion about an array of topics ranging from how to predict your lifespan, insights into longevity, and the impact of daily habits on our health.
We also dive into genetic testing, the role of vitamins and minerals in our bodies, and the importance of gut health. This conversation was not only educational but also empowering and it serves as a reminder that understanding our bodies can lead to actionable steps toward better health. As Gary rightly puts it, "Most people have forgotten how good normal really feels.
Gary Brecka is a professional Human Biologist, and the Co-Founder of 10X Health System based in Miami, FL. His goal is to empower people to become the best version of themselves.

So it’s not her prerogative as to what she wears? Are they in a Legion? How about rooting for and if do you need something to critique, probably looking in the mirror. What is it? You’re exactly saying, I can’t hear ideas and use my imagination because somebody’s wearing a hat, if you were blind . . . I would give her a hug and tell her keep going, I believe in you. I may not agree with what you say, but I defend my death. You’re right to say it, that is if I wasn’t such a coward. I’m going to split. It’s been very centrifugal force.

the medical system is a death system and the vet is the same. They poisoned both of my dogs. The one I have left had seizures after an antibiotic. Fortunately I'm in the health field and was able to figure out a way to heal her on my own through nutrition. We have to become experts of our own body and do our best to avoid doctors.

As someone previously in vet med, I can tell you that processed pet food companies have infiltrated vet med the same way pharmaceutical companies have destroyed human med. Health starts with proper nutrition, yet that is exactly what we deny our pets.

Love Gary and that he thinks Drs are genuinely good hearted. I would say nurses are good hearted 85% of Doctors are either burnt out or just don't care. My mom has Alzheimer's and her primary care physician prescribed her two different medications they clashed with each other and she knew it and it ended up making my mom's dementia and Alzheimer's worse. It took another doctor who didn't even prescribe her the medication and wasn't her primary physician to catch it. This was a Doctor that is through the VA I might add. I think people like Gary seem to care more than the average doctor. Doctors are trained in medicine and prescribing not making people better. Sad that it takes people like Gary to step out into the public eye and bring the truth to light for a lot of us where most doctors fail. When I was at the hospital having my 2nd son my blood sugar was normal and the Dr at the time (not my obgyn) tried to put me on an insulin drip while I still had my son in me. It took the nurses to tell me when she left that my blood sugar was fine (which I already knew bc I reversed my type 2 diabetes without the help of Drs.) And they were the ones that told me I had a choice and didn't have to accept the drip. A lot of Doctors only care about money, especially in Florida.

Had my D-3 levels checked a couple of months ago. I went for annual blood labs and made sure to ask the doctor if D-3 would be amongst the routine things to be checked and she told me "No, you'll have to pay $84 if you want it checked - it's not covered". I'm in British Columbia, Canada, where doctor visits and blood labs are free. I don't know if my D levels have ever been checked. Should a patient have to ask for what ought to be routine attention, in a place that's north of the 49th parallel? A great doctor I saw 30 years ago was the first to check my B-12 and discovered I was dangerously low. My iron/ferritin was also low. He (doctor) left private practice and no other doctor since every added two and two together to tell me that I needed methylfolate supplementation, despite continued persistent symptoms. I'm really glad a friend shared this video with me, and grateful for the info.

I read an article once describing med school students, and what they've learned to obtain a license. The instructor of the class said , by the time they had graduated pretty much everything they had just learned will be old news because of the advancement of technology coming out. So it kinda blew my mind that everything they had been taught almost wouldn't be used any longer.. They would be on their own so to speak, and have to adapt and learn through ongoing educational programs and real hand experiences they would be confronted with each day forward after graduation.. That's pretty scary!! It adds up with the malpractice suits taking place and mis diagnosis that happens each day. Thank God someone has stepped up to share some darn truth with society about how your body works and creates. Now take it another step by incorporating frequencies and the quantum field into your studies. How we can heal, and kill the body by our thoughts..

I love this guy, he’s amazing! Really sending him to everyone I know especially older friends and relative who could be about to drop dead and not even know it. I really into his content like no other. One thing I’d like to correct though, I believe. Mountain valley Spring water is ‘alkaline water’ Natural alkaline water is very very good for us compared to tap water (which has all sorts of things in it not good for us like chlorine, fluoride, etc.) And purified bottled water is acidic, because all the minerals are removed during the purification process. Store bought alkaline water like Kroger and Walmart and even big brand like Essencia are purified water plus chemical compounds like sodium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, etc, are not naturally made, so maybe those aren’t good I’m not %100. But to say alkaline water is not needed in a blanket statement is incorrect, especially then recommending an alkaline water like Mountain Valley Spring water is alkaline water. Alkaline just means pH of higher than 7 (which is caused by mineral content of the spring)
@kellidickerson1429
@kellidickerson1429 7 ай бұрын
I don't believe so. Alkaline water typically has a ph range of 8-9.5. Mountain Valley ranges from 7.3-7.7 which is in the neutral range.

Very helpful podcast.. if you aren't to important to respond.lol please tell me, you had mentioned SAMe for sleep or insomnia, antidepressants were also back-to-back one thing that you didn't mention was SAMe shouldn't be taken with serotonin reuptake (most antidepressants) I also found it fascinating that you mentioned BPC 157( I I've taken for healing purposes.. BPC 157 creates angiogenesis which could cause the growth of good or bad cells, which could potentially be a carcinogen.. the only time I benefited from BPC 157 is when I stacked it with TB 500 injected subcutaneously..

Great conversation and I appreciate the conversation going into places that are uncomfortable- Those places need to be delved into. Chlorine is a gas at room temp. so you don't need to filter it out if you can let your drinking water sit out for a period of time. I've heard 24hr but I do it longer. The only thing that would've made it better is removing the frequent mouse clicking noise as it's annoying and distracting.

I wish I could adapt to being scared and jumping every time. All my life I get so angry when they do it to me. I thought past trauma was the reason 😢

i have a lot of symptoms, deep depression, Rapid heart beat, insomnia, and i've been sick with gut and digestion problems for the past 2 years, i have suffered great weight loss, i have been in hospital a number of times since it started, i have to go back to hospital in February. so looks like i'm pretty much had it then. probably over for me. but what i don't understand is, i haven't touched alcohol in 30 years, never smoked in my life, i don't take d r u g s , but i'm nothing but sick the whole time, but i know people that drink, take drugs and treat them self like g a r b a g e and they seem to live forever with no problems

This may be contradicting in many ways but can you stress the body through light/medium alcohol consumption, smoking weed or even an edible once a month or so? I see how edibles can make things really bad, but in term of shocking the brain. Any educated answers here? Thank you.

I think selenium and magnesium help. There ‘s also supplements from thyroid doctors like Dr Childs- he has a website with many thyroid supplements especially for those who had thyroid removed
