I'm assuming only two of them would be missing, as you can only skip two legitimately - the world map shows that. But then again, I might be wrong.

This entire video was just a very long series of very bad ideas. also, I think that World Progression and "Plot" progression are tracked separately, so even though your World Progression is complete, your Plot Progression hasn't moved past the intro, which is why Mario remains panicked no matter which level he beats. And I'm pretty sure Mario will continue panicking until the Plot Progression moves past the intro.
