ok you got me. I refuse to pay dlc's so I only play vanilla and do very cursed things. What you do is load vanilla and command party_popularity n 100 on every tag as you tag switch and flip everyone non_aligned on day 1. Also the overflow on console equipment is "2.1M+", except for the convoys, so when you add_latest_equipment 9999999 x5 you end up with 50M convoys to lend/lease to everyone along with your 1.5k/mo infantry weapon 3 and jet fighter II's and a million billion modern tanks to sway those 'hands-off' 'regime changes', and wonder what game you're playing with no spies, etc. The only part of it that is fun is watching the wacky factions the AI comes up with; I've seen non-aligned Japan in the Arab faction and so on.
