51:40 I think there was really no point in playing the land from hand. There is no value to surveiling in this spot and basically unexistent color requirements. The land from library would have still been removed even if being played and if you value lands in hand rather than in the graveyard you should have played the Vantage. Anyway, this is just a microscopic observation. It never made any difference and you piloted this deck masterfully, giving us another piece of great content!

As soon as I saw this, I was excited to try to recreate it - I didn't have enough mythics to make all of the portals and multi (had 2oe), threw in cityscape leveler, chandra, and a melek and it all really went off like crazy together!! Great video so glad I came across your channel!

At 26:18 when the opponent levels up Caretaker's Talent but it's destroyed before resolving. Normally an activated ability trigger is independent of its source so destroying it wouldn't prevent it but in this case the wording is "When this Class becomes level 2" so since it's destroyed it never actually reaches level 2? Just checking if that ruling makes sense.

Essentially yes. When you level up the class, you're getting just a level up on that class, not the ability associated with that level until the level up resolves with the class in play.

I've seen some versions of Boros tokens running a decent amount of creatures like Sanguine Evangelists, Fortune Loyal Steed (to blink Evangelist/Beza), and Frontier Seeker (to find Fortune). Although the creature light versions of the deck do often play more Sunfalls than creatures.
