How do I even map the scratch to my keyboard, because I can't seem to get the scratch to work

Once you're in the game, click 'tab' and you should get an options list. From there just find the controls and change them. I can't remember what the scratch was called but you can definitely remap it. I had it remapped to my arcade stick's joystick.
