Indeed Advocate Beatrice Mtetwa has been a brilliant Human Rights lawyer who has shown&displayed alot of courage,bravery,fortitude,civility & humility.Its a pity the purging & capturing of the Zim Judiciary started in earnest in 2000.Its a pity & deeply regrettable that Zim didnt get the Chief Justice she desperately deserved in Justice Wilson Sandura.May his soul rest in eternal peace .

I wish we can have people like Mtetwa in positions of national decision-making. She touched on the key issue that has caused decadence in our country and that is - being captured. The nation sate has perfected the art of pacifying people by pampering individuals with "goodies". Look at the Presidential Advisory Council- what has happened to some of these ?

PAC member did this interview. And you point is?

@@Keith0909Maya My point is that I am seeing a weakening in some of the members of PAC in terms of their resolve to be independent and being forthright in calling a spade a spade

Good argument on the conversion exams. Law general nature is a very restrictive profession, i mean in SA only citizens and permanent resident holders can practice. However that is no justification for charging ridiculous prices for students who can't even afford bus fare and accommodation to write those exams in Harare

The picture that Beatrice has painted on our Judicial system is truly scary. Now with a captured Judicial system where do we go?
@hazaelhaze27255 жыл бұрын
There has never been independence of th judiciary for a very long time in our country & thats part of why we are were we are today everything revolves around the executive

There has been no/zero independent judiciary in Zimbabwe for nearly 30years and you naively claim you didn't know???? eeeish!!!!! scary.....
