This is a brilliant album and one of his best. You should have got the deluxe box. A brilliant package with the book live recordings and bluray. This remix sounds terrific. Fish is a legend and cruelly underrated. My favorite album is Vigil, then Weltzmersch, 13th Star, Sunsets, Raingods, Suits et al

This is my favorite album by Fish, just ahead of his last one. I'm pretty sure this album was put together after Fish was jilted on his wedding day as the story goes. There's nothing like a bit of sadness mixed with anger to get the creative juices going😢

Good evening Jim, I’m a big Fish fan since he left Marillion. I bought about six of his solo albums. This one I didn’t buy and I’ve never listened to it. Fish albums always sound great. I like him especially when live. This album is good, I love it. Vigil in a wilderness of mirrors Internal exile Suits Sunsets on empire Raingods with zippos These are the albums I bought

Miles de Besos means "Thousands of Kisses". Another one of Fish's breakup songs.

It's certainly one of Fish's best solo albums. Imho it's his fifth best, behind Vigil In A Wilderness Of Mirrors, A Feast Of Consequences, Weltschmerz and - a surprising choice seeing as it's somewhat under regarded - Field Of Crows. ;o)

This is his not his last album. He released an album in 2013, called a feast of consequenses. And then he released an album in 2020, calledweltschmertz, he announced that it would be his last studioalbum.

Nice, but my hearing is getting tired. A victim of the Loudness Wars? Bet this thing looks like near a solid block of sound in an editor.... :( Enjoyed the music, but fatiguing

This album kind of evolves through the tracks. Starting off angry and frustrated, through reflective and emotional and ending in kind of uplifting. And the music reflects this. Some beautiful tracks later on. Keep listening!
