Beau Retrieves, Despite a Dead Dumbbell - Somewhere in MD, USA.

I decided to get some work in after kicking off my autumn teaching schedule for basic obedience and CGC classes. I found a great little location that had distractions at a distance, so that Beau and I could get a work out in. Too bad my dumbbell tossing skills weren’t on point today because I killed the dumbbell. Despite that handler error, my very good boy still brought it back! Who’s a good doggo?

I'm with you Razz - I was cracking up at it to , then I sent it you my Aunt Bug out in Portland -( the left handed one ) a long time Dober owner and Handler and when I talked to her yesterday , first thing she said was thanks or sending that Video , she was crying laughing , But you know why Beau brought back that broken dumbbell ? Because he's a GGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Boy ! did as was asked to do , You 2 will do great next trial :)

Glad she got a chuckle out of it! It was par for the course that day - those damn gnats were killing us, but he did a great job! We shall see how the trial goes - we have been working a LOT on attention.
