The bajo player always looks like he's just relaxing while he's playing every note so clean and crisp and absolutely perfect. If anyone knows a documentary on him please put up a link.

hey Billy, greetings from Iron Mountain Michigan. Have you ever heard the takeoff on this song that uses the Beaumont rag Melody but has a great lyric about a music venue / pub called " jacks red cheetah". super fun song to play and sing and I think your fans would love hearing you add the vocal to this. I'm sure you could have some great vocal arrangements from your bandmates!

Coolest thing is???? I'm about 35.6 miles from where he was raised. I'm in Grand Rapids Michigan. I'm from Cadillsc, Michigan! The chance of him going from Ionia County to Traverse city without passing "close" to Cadillac is hard to accept. Hey, it's my fantasy..leave an old guy alone! Working on my 5th album right now and I've "Changed" because of Mr. Apostle..... I'm NOT blue-grass But I've Changed....

Bass--Royal Masat, Banjo--Billy Failing, Guitar--Billy Strings. Mandolin player is unknown to me. Usually it is Jarrod Walker.

Love Billy's pickin, but sorry not a fan of the banjo. Wish Billy would do a a set of just him like his earlier sets. The Banjo and mandolin are good musicians but take away from the experience of listening to a master.

Bluegrass isn't a one man show. It's a group deal. That's what makes it what it is.
@MrZiggy-pm9rz5 жыл бұрын
Billy is spot on with his pickin'. Can't say the same for the banjo - why ruin the melody? If you can't play a song, skip your break.

Mr. Ziggy I suppose you think that Mandolin screwed up the tempo and the bass played 2 wrong notes. I’m curious what instrument you play.
