Agreed!.. however... Electricity, water and internet are probably included on Ph.65,000/ monthly price tag... 🤞🤞. Still a bit expensive for one paying person... But way cheaper compared to average luxurious western city condo rentals... 😇

You can get a much nicer condo with much nicer furniture on the beach in Thailand about half the price. The Philippines condo are overprice

@ no. Not million but some do. And that depend where you live if you live away from the city less people speak English and if you live with the city more people speak English for me I wanna live the best possible luxury life at the lower cost with world class food and healthcare. I can’t the same about the Philippines except it’s is a English speaking country with good caring people. I love the Philippines I’ve already visit the Philippines 4 times but you get more for money living in Thailand.

65K a month is a great price for 2 bedrooms and for the amenities that are available in the complex. If you stayed in hotel for a month you’d be over 100k php for a month.

This condo is perfect except for the price per month. I understand hotels are more expensive but I don't need to sign a 1 year lease agreement at a hotel either. With the condo market overstocked right now, the price would need to come down more.
