What she called Nipple Point at 2:10 actually has indian ruins on the very top, and is a crazy steep hike, but once you're up there you can see for miles in every direction. This trail is in my backyard and is also my favorite to do many times.

I didn't know it was called nipple point! I always called it nipple rock and it's a great way point. We're neighbors! I'm from Michigan but I've got a place in peeple's valley and I'm out there quite a bit, if you're ever down to ride, leave a message.

You should be grateful your daughter went along and you got to spend time with her. I’d give anything to spend another day with my dad. He passed away in 2021. Cherish every minute with her!

Of course I'm grateful she came. I mentioned that more than once in the video. I ask her to come all the time, but she never wants to as she doesn't like Offroading. She lives with me so I see her everyday. Sorry about your dad's passing, I know that can't be easy.

Thank you so much. 33 in tires is the minimum size I recommend for New River trail. 75% of it is pretty tame, but there are plenty of areas that are very rocky... Especially in the beginning if you run it starting from table Mesa Rd @ the I17. I appreciate you watching!

To answer her question, I am a father of two daughters a little older than you. I also try to spend as much time as possible with them. My oldest likes to ski so we go every other weekend in the wintertime. We like Sunrise Skiing more than Flagstaff (both in Arizona). We have skied Colorado and plan on some Utah skiing this winter. I just bought an FJ Cruiser and am looking to take it out on the trails.

@@BuckinLifeoffroad Questions are a good response if we want to learn. Why u turn in the trail when a pull out was 100 yards away? Why was the passenger not outside the vehicle assisting? Would helmets have prevented a death or is that why one of them lived? They were adults. Correction this was a side by side and it was customized.

Yeah and that's why I wonder. People don't make the best decisions while drinking. If it wasn't that, it was most likely largely inexperience. Either way I'm sure the families were devastated by it, which is terrible.

its funny she mentioned it being a good place to hide a body because Table Mesa Road is notorious for people dumping bodies , there are at least a couple of them every year I hear about on the news. not that far back on the trail though, I think mostly pretty close to the freeway. It just happens to be the first turn off after leaving phoenix that is "remote" so I am guessing that is why it is a common choice for murderers to dump bodies.

@@BuckinLifeoffroad We live near Moab and I'm teaching my wife off-roading in our 2022 AWD Transit van build-out for off-roading. It took me 20 years to talk her into jumping out of a plane near Moab and only 2 years to try off-roading. I think taking her to Overland Expo helped. Immersing your daughter at Overland Expo in Flag could be good, lots of young studs should get her attention. We'll be there.

@@BuckinLifeoffroad Yeah, I understand. My Russian wife wanted to live in SF but the closest she got was San Jose. Now she loves living in the Red Rock Desert. I co-founded a Girl Scout Troop at age 13, for my sister, and it was a backpacking and camping troop like the Boy Scout Troop I co-founded at age 11. The girls were hesitant but adapted. My foster teen girls did also. And the many foreign teen girls I hosted in Anchorage who were mostly from big European cities. Hook her with a gift certificate to wherever teen girls shop now if she drives 5 miles off-road. She shouldn't lean back in the seat though. That causes motion sickness.
