Great riding! Looks a cracking little place. England needs to make more of the potential for trail centres at some of the forests.

Aye, completely agree on all points about Comrie Croft - fantastic wee place. Really helpful guys in the bike shop too. If folk are looking to make a weekend of it there's the Balquhidder trails not too far away (we were in St Fillans) which are highly recommended.

Great video man. I visited Comrie Croft for the first time on Friday, had a great time. I'm relatively new to MTBing (May this year) and found the climb to be a real challenge at points, I also found the red trail to be a bit intimidating, but managed to make it down without making a c**t of it lol. Those rollers at the start of the blue trail are great fun, the smile was plastered across my face when doing that section!! Can't wait to get back, definitely a place for me to build up skills and fitness, both in terms of climbing and descending.

Andrew, I watched and enjoyed that video immensely 100%🎯 😀 . It was like I was right there with you and living it myself. I would enjoy riding that network too, just like some of my local places in SoCal. Glad you got in some perfect weather and lighting. I just came back from a few months in the state of Washington while working at Mount Rainier National Park. The Pacific Northwest weather reminds me a lot of Scotland. So much darkness, rain/snow, and greenery (moss covered trees/rocks, mushrooms, and ferns) but it certainly gets in the way of riding sometimes. It can be unpredictable and makes it disappointing when I want to get my regular fitness riding in. I've returned to San Diego and enjoying myself on my local Trails again. It's always nice when I have a network of trails I can ride that makes me feel like I'm expressing yourself on paper (connecting all the trails and designing a route plan)... riding the bike wherever you feel like to connect the trails and make a good day of riding. That place looks like just a regular place to go ride with a chill feel and lots of cool trails. Those rocks slabs look like they have evidence of glacial scarring. Hats off for compiling a nice video to watch and learn about your riding destination. Thanks for sharing. I hope all is well in your life.🙌😎🔥💪👍🙏 Riding at Mount Rainier NP kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWSkeKuXbZyEaK8

Hi Andrew braw video as always. Just a wee heads up to anyone keen to ride at Comrie Croft now. All trails are open bar Natural Gold, which was the trail most damaged by Storm Arwen last week . It is No GO the noo. A shortened version of Natural Gold shall be sorted soon. We will keep everyone in the loop, until then Happy Shredding 🤘🤘

Outstanding stuff. Guessing this was pre Arwen, wonder what damage they have suffered.

Sophie loves the croft. Spends hours just riding round the skills track. Did you do the rock drop on the blue?

And currently one of two trails that are open due to the damage wrought by storm Arwen( the other being Golspie).

As In off piste? If so, not really, but Crieff hydro trails might be worth a look that are just along the road.

Really good trail riding...So are the Boardwalk boards "slippery when wet"" ? or are they treated with a special paint so the tires hold to the surface better? Thanks...ATB
@craigothedeen3 жыл бұрын
I’m sure I remember them being treated with a friction paint.

10:02 I actually did that line that u didn't do there last time I went to comrie, and holy shit it is not worth it, there's only really one option which is to drop it, rolling is not an option as I almost went OTB when I rolled it, was very scary and stupid, I wouldn't recommend if u don't wanna crash.
