Before I got really sick, I used to love going hiking. When I was having a bad day and couldn't go to school, my mum would take me out hiking in the Peak District in the UK. I have so many amazing memories from these days that mean even more to me now I'm not physically able to do it. It's an aim for me to be able to get back to a point of physical health to be able to start going hiking again, even if not to the same extent we used to. It looks so beautiful where you were hiking, and so nice you can catch the gondola back down again!

We take our mobility for granted until an illness or injury comes along and robs us of the very thing we took for granted. I hope you have found other things in life that bring you as much joy as hiking did before you got sick. 😘

I wish I could still hike. I am jealous and envious of your ability to walk unassisted. As I have reached my 70's I now have the pleasure of still doing some walking but with a walker. It makes me happy to see you trying to enjoy it.

So pretty. I study and love history. One thing I learned about creeks and some rivers. They got there name usually by a settler passing through and depending on what's happening. When you said Christmas creek. I thought of family on Christmas staying by the creek giving it a name. Sorry history nerd. Love the sound of music part. One of my favorite. Great video. So pretty.

Hi from Finland, Thank you Lauren & co for this beautiful hiking video ! Those views are breathtaking. When I was younger I used to do high mountain hiking in the Austrian and Swiss Alps.. gorgeous mountain sceneries and the silence around. I also did some hiking in Scotland and Ireland.. such unforgettable memories. Now.. unfortunately.. my hiking days are done ( because of my broken knees and bad back 😥.. ) .. but those days will always be mine and nobody can take them away. Kudos for your attitude for liking doing things you don't particularly really like 😊👍. Yesterday here in southern Finland was all day rain... today seems to become a sunny and crisp fall day.. which I love. This reminds me of when I was much younger and we'd go up to Glen Nevis and take the gondolas up to the top of Aonach Mor..a neighbouring mountain. The views were stupendous. I think I'd like Girdwood. Well done to Everett..that was a long hike for his wee, short legs. Thankyou for letting us share your family adventures x

THIS ALASKAN LIFE, HAMM FAMILY ROCKIN ADVENTURES NEVER DISAPPOINT!! After that Hike, how do the Boys find the energy to Skate at the Park? I love watching them Skate, they are super good. What an incredible Hike, the views were Amazing. The Drone really captured the vastness of the Landscape. Is this where Mark and the Boys ski? I could not remember. Has Hunter ever attempted " Downhill Bike " challenge? What a legacy of Family History that Mark's Dad helped to build Ski Lift. Thanks for explaining to us about the Concrete Barriers, Us flat earth dwellers, Children of the Corn, would never think about that. I have been to many Forestry project sites from way back. I am mostly in awe of the Bravery and perseverance of these Workers. How much dedication, brainstorming and skill went into these projects. The Core of Engineers is the visionaries of the cornerstone. I am amazed to watch them go at rebuilding bridges to Islands in Florida hit by Hurricane. I love a Ski Town!!! But the incredible feeling when you get to the Top of the Mountain, it is a different world. It is thrilling to just soak in the Landscape and the Sun, it is so bright and warm. Thanks for taking us up. That Glacier ridge just went on and on. I can't remember if you said the Temperature dropped. Hopefully, you will get in a couple more Fall Adventures before it gets Cold and Snowy. Thank you for climbing up that Mountain for All of us who can't. Gary for one was Smiling as he beamed at the Beauty, it made my heart so happy!!We love you All
