@JaredBoothFan21 Morgan was first taken into captivity as a rescued whale cause the intent was to always get her healthy and find her family the release her back to her family Now that she has been moved to Spain where they are training her to preform in shows and Loro Parque now owns her and has no intention of freeing her then she can be classified as a captured whale

4theOrcas Many cannot go back to the open ocean, but they can get as close as possible in netted bays and receive the best of both worlds, experiencing the ocean and receiving medical care. They have ALL earned the parks enough to buy their freedom and they should never have been stolen in the first place.

Dolphinarium Harderwijk's rescue permit for Morgan in June 2010 was to rescue, rehab and release her back to the ocean as soon as possible. Instead, those conditions were ignored. Now, she's not only performing as a circus performer at LP, she's being harassed and raked by members of a pod.It's only too apparent Morgan is being kept as a cash grab for $W, and no doubt she has been slated for breeding stock in the near future. Let Morgan get on with returning to the ocean where she belongs!

Morgan was a rescue, the rest were captures. There is a difference and it should be noted correctly in the interest of objectivity.
