I'm not in the market for that part of Maine, but I have been watching your videos for 2 years now. And I have to say something, FIRST, your real-estate company's presentation is Excellent, nice and calm, just show the property and point out the plus and minuses. No Fluff. Let the video and picture speak for themselves. That being said, I'll continue to watch each video your agency posts. Who knows, I may change my mind where I am looking. SECOND, This house is beautiful, it's location on the lake, it's back yard is vast and long for holding big family & guest outings with room to spare. Pricing, for what I have been monitoring over the last 8+ years, is on par with the current market demand. God, if it wasn't an 8hr trip to this lake. Great home, wonderful presentation!!! This will sell quickly. This would be sold in the same week if it was Western ME. Thank you for this post, keep them coming!!

Can you access Canadian health care? Drs, Hospitals Pharmacies? Where is the nearest Hospital?

Houlton and Lincoln are the nearest hospitals at about 60 miles.
