I love my parents "camp" on sebago lake lol she has granite counter tops and running water. Lol looks like a mansion camp..best kind.. actually it looked scary like these be4 they bought but dad did it all over

I have driven in year round and besides folks who live at East Grand Lake, many use their places on weekends in winter to ice fish, snowsled, play pond hockey, etc. Just put in a woodstove or automatic gas or oil heat. Owner just did soil test for full septic system and PM so I can send you a copy when received from seller! Danforth ME has Machias Savings Bank if you need financing too! Shower in place and can be gray water for shower sink and privy that is already there. For winter use, add wood stoves, you have power. Bank them around the bottom to seal in from drafts, snow, critters.

Maine has never been very high price. But it seems WallStreet is trying to push prices in no mans land. These elits have no clue on the wild life up here. Its like the wild west of Yellowstone. Porcupine love to chew on wood and that even means instead your house wrapped with wooden shingles ,you would be better off with half a stone wall or a foundation two feet high. These little buggers arent friendly to dogs and cats neither when those quils get in they are in deep. You will need a set of pliers to get them out. N the poor dog sedated.

$125 a year is all. Bret Davis is the Boulder RD treasurer and it's a great deal for the level of care provided. You saw grader in the video? This property very very close to Carl McLaughlin snowmobile trail too! No better access to rec trails than here on East Grand Lake @Erin-Thor ! The owners use the camps but easily rented out.. two of them for $$$ on AirBnB, Vrbo etc.

125 dollars a year, that's it. Great value considering how super the roadway is maintained and protective of any erosion into the lake. Lake places, give them to your kids in as good, better shape than you got them. It is good stewardship and East Grand is so so clean, unspoiled. I live on a lake, have a 2 bedroom rental cabin next door bought for my kids to vacation at. I could rent it for $1500 a week during 20 weeks of the year. Same renters every year would make the calendar for exact same period. This owner did not rent and the two camps used and enjoyed not rented. But could be.

The one row back lots have right of way access lanes... usually 25' in this section of East Grand Lake. Some folks just put boat in and out and others develop and use the pathways to the waterfront. Make friends with someone in front who is not here much and many get to use the other side of the lake shore dock that is empty. Also thought these were on leased land from the logging Company that owns all the land around it? I posted a website from The Gov. Of Maine . You can also Google: What are the rules for septic in Maine? And it will give you a lot of In formation on pdf. Do diligence ! Even in the territory lands like example T 3 R5 Maine wants a excess road to your home in case of a emergency. These are very secluded from the road. And hard to get to especially when the forest is dense with pines. Otherwise they won't be able to get to you in a convenient time. Life and death is what you have to think of and as well as hospital and distance away. Google Danforth which is the closest town from East grand Lake and it should tell you . Hilton is the next biggest town. Do the same for that also. And it's good to read a map especially topical and geographic. AAA puts out a nice Map book with the alphabet on the horizontal lines and vertical with numbers . You can track where T8 is located in R 5 with 2 clear rulers. I have two compasses one hand held that ties around your neck and water proof and the other sits on a small ruler while you read your map for longitude and latitude. Hope this information will helped you out!
