Beautiful Milan and Wild Hostel Experiences

I had the opportunity to go to Milan for a rugby game, so of course I had to jump on it. I spent the first couple of days exploring Milan, eating good food, drinking an Aperol Spritz here and there, and meeting new people. It was my first time traveling on my own. Only a few hiccups but all in all, it was an amazing trip.

Molta belle! Thanks for sharing your wonderful trip! That unpleasant experience with the lockers could have been much worse. It's not good your locker provided nominal security, but I'm glad they set your stuff aside instead of taking it. Did it look like they tossed your stuff, rifled through it, or just placed it out of their way? Kudos to you for trying the hostel and sharing your adventures in Italy! Looking forward to more.

Wow Ilona that's fucked up! I assumed you were in a girls only accommdation but then you had never stayed in a hostel before. I hope you are not to turned off from hostels as unfortunately you get some effed up characters. They are a great source of great conversations from many people from all walks of life. You handled that well but i wouldn't have been as polite as you to the nimwit trashing your stuff and the clowns who gave him thee KEYs in the first place. Take care.
