Hey Everyone, this week I thought I would show you everything I eat on my off-day. I am a pro-athlete so I really try to eat for performance. Some days I eat more than this and some days I eat less.
THIS VIDEO IS NOT INFORMATIONAL!!! Please do not compare your diet to mine. Everybody is different and everyone needs different things to sustain it. It has taken me years to figure out my eating and I have still not perfected it. Your relationship to food is very specific to you.
My one tip for those struggling with body confidence and eating (like I have for pretty much always) is to try not weighing yourself for a while and really be aware of how your body feels and is moving. Remember you are not gonna love you body 24/7 but always appreciate what it does for you.
