🇧🇦 Beautiful Modern and Ottoman Masjids Mosques in Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦 (2022)

These are some random pictures of old and new Masjids from all around Bosnia & Herzegovina, one of my favourite countries.
If you walk around in any neighbourhood, you will see Masjids in every corner, Alhamdu'lillah.
Most of these Masjids are pretty small and over 500 years old from the Ottoman period and have a very similar style and structure with a single minaret.
There were over 4000 modern and Ottoman era Mosques and prayer rooms in Bosnia & Herzegovina before the 90's war. Most of them (up to 80%) were damaged or destroyed during the war, by the Serbs and Croats.
Today Bosnia & Herzegovina has close to two thousand mosques, Alhamdu'lillah. Almost 800 of the mosques and prayer rooms that were destroyed were reopened for service, while a lot more are waiting to be rebuilt from the ashes. Insha'Allah.
