I love this. I LOVE the kitchen. I usually have several Ideas for change; only one change in this one. Instead of the massive window in the living room, I would rather have two narrow windows with a fireplace/tv combo in the middle. This was excellent. Kudos to the designer. Nicely decorated, also. It felt calm and serene....redundant!

Loved the look and living space outside. Nice flow and design went well for space. Dinning area was tight and I think banquet would work better. Space in laundry room not utilized well and closet in bedroom behind door should be extended to maximize space. Kitchen roomy and an island 💖

Love the kitchen! Nice to see a laundry room feature. This is the one to go on my lot! There is only one thing I would change, I would take away the wardrobe in the master suite and turn the bathroom into a walk-in closet or just get rid of the bathroom and make the bedroom bigger. This is so beautiful! Once again thank you for adding the floor plan less confusing.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. I would rather like a stand up shower no tubs. Old and full of arthritis from head to toes.but over it is nice I think would pur a garage by the laundry room. Excuse me there is a stand up shower freak and a second bedroom perfect. Yes yes I would love this home.but I am not sure if my four large dogs would like it.

The front door is too narrow. Its so much easier to move in furniture with double doors, a 48 inch door or a sliding glass door that can easily be accessed from the street. Also, it doesn't have enough storage space. Overall, its very nice. However, I opted for a large manufactured home. For about the same price as a home this size traditionally built, I got 2400 square feet. I'm glad it depreciates because my taxes don't go up.

Overall lovely floor plan but lacks an area $or coats, shoes, boots, etc when entering the home in bad weather. There is no coat closet for guest and something would have to be rigged up on the open porch.
