According to the actor who played as the Priest, when they are going to shoot the last scene 'which is the girl apolozing' the director asks almost all of the crew to go outside the venue leaving only the Director, the two actors and camera men, the director instructed the two to just say whatever they want to each other genuinely since they didn't have any proper closure in real life when they broke up. There's no script to be memorized there and all of the lines was adlibs. I think the reason why this hits so hard is because we can feel the pain of these two, they are not acting, they are broadcasting their own life using this music video

THe two main actors were a celebrity couple in real life but had broken up for unknown reasons. I see that you two were so puzzled with the story. 😅 So I am here to give you a tidbit (not so) of inside information about what happened to them before.... JoshLia (Joshua+Julia) were real couple. They dated for I think more or less 3 years and ended their relationship in 2019. And in that same year, the girl (Julia) went through a big issue linking her with another celebrity guy (Gerald) who's in a relationship at that time with another big name in the industry (Bea). Julia and Gerald worked together for a movie and I think that's where their friendship started. Bea was posting cryptic messages on her socials and people were convinced that she's talking about her boyfriend Gerald and Julia. Bea and Gerald ended their relationship the same year and people were blaming Julia. People were hating on both Gerald and Julia, calling Gerald a womanizer and Julia a boyfriend stealer. That was like the biggest issue at that time. But both Joshua and Julia admitted that they've long been separated even before Julia's issue with Gerald happened. And Gerald also said that his relationship with Bea was on and off before the issue. But people still won't stop bashing them. That's why Joshua said in the MV he wanted to protect Julia but he didn't get to because he was scared. Now, it is still rumored that Julia and Gerald are dating but none of them confirmed it yet.

They are real life couples before and there was a time that josh has been accused or rumored that he cheated julia but julia defend him quickly but apparently they broke up and when julia got a movie and his co actor became the third party rumor that she cheated on josh by her co actor... and then the whole nation accused her, bully her for something she didn't do... and joshua just stay silent that's why joshua said "I didn't even protect you" he didn't even defend her and he said he got scared that's why they are apologizing to each other and forgiving each other. they were a real life celebrity couple who broke up, and there was a lot of gossip about what happened... who erred, i guess.. you know how gossip is, none of anyone's business but they still talk anyway... and i presume it hurt both parties with the impressions being built against them by the gossips... then this MV with the two of them having like a genuine closure, sort of telling the public it wasnt really anyone's fault...?
