Currently Tofino is experiencing 16 000 people per day During a time when services are mandated to 50% One thing I wish all of these visitors videos would start talking about is the need for visitors to come with a bicycle so our parking issue is respected. That bringing your own groceries is appreciated... Even during a regular season. Because our grocery store runs out of fresh food due to the overwhelming demand from tourism. Please also try to think of something else to do than a beach fire. Last Saturday there were over 200 fires just on MacKenzie beach. This is incredibly harmful to the beach ecosystem. Lastly, fireworks are not legal or allowed. Yet every night someone/group sets off a party-pack worth... Which heavily disturbs the wildlife. Please come enjoy Tofino! (Please also learn about the impacts of tourism on our incredibly small town of 1500 and aim to reduce those impacts)

I have a townie that I bring everywhere. I'd love to see more people ride bikes. And it's a much nicer way to experience a place.
