Even if u reach leh by air, March April mei roads are closed till pangong. I suppose. Please check from some taxi company in Leh before planning trip.

Medical facility are fine in leh, but when u go beyond that, Nubra or pangong or hanle u need to carry essential medications specifically for altitude sick as not much medical facility thr in case of emergency Army only can help u in getting help.
