Symmetry is key when you're looking to build an impressive physique. It's important to take an objective look at your physique to see what proportions you'd like to work on. Having your ideal shape in mind can be helpful. Remember that this is totally up to you - you hold the chisel that will ultimately create your own physique masterpiece!
For this video, we will focus more on pulling movements - especially pull downs, as this will help to create width across the back. This will give the illusion of a smaller waist and can help balance the body from upper to lower.
The workout:
Wide grip pulldowns
Rear delt rows
Hollow hold pullovers
T-raises
Narrow grip pulldowns

Insane shape and proportion!! Wow!! Could you please consider doing a video about what you talk about at the end: Nutrition towards different goals. For example how to calculate protein intake? By reference to our actual bodyweight, to our target weight, to our actual weight minus body fat %...etc? As you may see, many questions about the topic. Also It would be great a video of your aproach to a full day of eating. Thanks for sharing such an informative and wonderful video.

Oh my…I did most of these today!! Didn’t do your version of the pull-over, but did do another version you do and that’s pushing your torso up on the bench, keeping your back straight and shoulders flat against the bench. Did the rear delt cable row standing up; I’ll try this variation though. I love doing variations to target different angles of the muscle. Awesome, thank you! (I’m 56 and my body is more defined than it ever has been.) HIIT is helping to increase my metabolism, gives a good cardio workout with less time; I do intervals on a rowing machine…because I’m a competitive rower. I’ve been watching your videos for years…love your instruction! ❤ 💪🏽 😊

Dear Erin. Hey we are you? Just thought of you because honestly I'm home. Looking for work but if course this gives me no excuse not to find creative but ays to work out. Ok, saying all that hat I just discovered a neat exercise for my old 62 year old arms. 😆 I am standing legs at shoulder width and using 3 lb hand weights. I slowing take one hand and turning my hand aiming skyward go over my shoulder and then down. I just did 15 times per arm. I feel my whole arm mostly the inner and outer upper part. Basically as if I am swimming. Love it. Will this also work on upper back. Your thoughts please. Go Erin Go Erin Go Erin. Your Cheer leader for life. 🥰

Dumbbell "Banded" Pullover... This exercise allows you to "extend" the competitive zone (working range of motion) by taking advantage of the strength curve with strength bands once the movement passes your face. Infact, due to the strength curve of the band your able to feel a great squeeze in the lats (the squeeze happens when the dumbbell, with band, is slightly below your chest and your arm pushing out and up; felt in the lats).

I have a question… when I do my back I am feeling it in my shoulders … am I lifting to heavy that I am incorporating my shoulders? I try just to use my arms from elbow to my hands as hinges. What can I do differently
