This was beautiful. I would love to hear you talk more about spirituality, since I am not spiritual myself but I resonate with your way of thinking, in general

I LOVE this!! Thank you for peeling back the curtain on modern beauty - it’s one of those things that we can all feel insecure about, and I love the focus on quality of life improvements. Beauty is a such a personal thing, and if it makes you more confident, that’s what really matters 😁

"externalizing our emotions through shopping" YES you put words to it. Thank you for this discourse. This was like the most compassionate and fun call-out. Hope you're doing well Nisha!

Many of the women in my family have nose jobs, I have a really complicated relationship with the idea of plastic surgery for this reason. Sometimes I feel like everyone is erasing a part of their ethnic identity, but I don’t begrudge anyone their individual choices about their bodies. I don’t know if I look like my relatives since they don’t have their original noses, and as you say the nose is sort of the center piece of the face. Thank you for being open about what you’ve had done, sometimes I feel gaslit by society at large because everyone seems to tell you to embrace your natural beauty but then it seems like everyone magically fits into the beauty standards of our time. It’s complicated

I've not felt the need to do cosmetic surgery... But I think it isn't a thing I see every day and I'm not in the industry like you are so maybe that's why? I do feel the pressure to lose weight to feel more societaly accepted. I'm working to quiet the noise of other people's opinions so this was just a beautiful video to consume. Thanks for sharing!
