Hello from Bournemouth. Thank you for the video. Both Kiels and Floris have great products that are kind to the skin and hair. I get redness and irritation with artificial ingredients so organic natural stuff is important. Hope that helps. Clarins is pretty good too. Garnier eye masks are good, I think I have a cucumber one. Cheap as chips which is nice. Underneath a sleep mask is a good idea because it's relaxing. A lavender one is very nice without the need to pop in a microwave. Organic coconut oil for the hair is a great idea to nourish and is cheap and available in supermarkets in the food section. I use it for cooking and hair! Burts bees lip balm is good for flights as the air dries out the lips. I'm sorry I don't know about purple shampoo. Regards Susan.

Thanks that’s super helpful. I use coconut oil for cooking so will give that a try. I’ll also have a look at Floris as I’ve walked past their store in London many times. I like to use the laneige lip sleep mask and have it in chocolate flavour. How to you use the coconut oil in your hair? Root to tip? Leave it in for how long?

@@josatkin hi there! The coconut oil is organic and very rich and I find dipping my fingertips in and coating the ends of the hair is enough. I leave it on for the time it takes to boil a kettle and make a pot of tea. Applied on dry hair before a shower works for me provided a mild shampoo is used. No further conditioner needed. It's the quickest way to get the hair perked up. It's not a good idea to use the same pot for cooking though! 😳🤣 Hope that helps.

Forgot to say that it's called the groovy food company and the oil is in a pot and is more cream like than liquid.
