Okay so last year I made two of these things for my friends for Christmas and they LOVED them and got a ton of use out of them so if y’all want one but don’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money for legit nothing: I got a flower from Walmart and cut it down to just the little nub that holds it together and glued that down in a jar Find a pretty highlighter and crush it as fine as possible I spread an elf eyeshadow primer on the petals, doing small sections at a time and then dusting the highlighter on the petals After all the petals were coated I took a setting spray and sprayed the flower until it was pretty wet and then dusted over it again If it’s a little uneven you can spread it with a brush and then tap off the excess over the flower Spray one more time with setting spray but only a little bit, you don’t need to go ham like the first time Let it set for a day to dry fully You’re done! Enjoy your cute rose highlighter

It works even better with alcohol :) put some alcohol or setting spray in a spray bottle, add finely grained highlighter, shake, spray on coat per coat, and wait :)

I think you could do the same with a silk rose and gold spray paint to get the look. To use it, a silk rose and cover the heck out of it with highlighter. Put it in a plastic container with loose lighlighter and shake it up! Plus it’s going to collect dust and if you have pets...fur!

I cut open the fendy puffs then the powder bags inside the furry puff to get to the actual powder inside & put them in empty ultra glow containers from Kylie Cosmetics (they are damn near the same product anyway). I LOVE them after I did that. My 15 year old uses the darker peachy pink one from the pink puff as an eyeshadow & I prefer the white one as the powder inside looks kinda yellow in a container but it's this beautiful pale pink/purplish color that looks great on the inside half of a cut crease. Highlighter-lungs!😂 It looked beautiful and I loved the subtle shine it gave, but that’s it. It’s ridiculous pricey and I was so disappointed that the rose only was covered in powder. It’s a good diy idea though: buy a rose, some loose highlighter and a beautiful tin, and you have your own highlighter-rose. I would love to see if you guys could make one!

The swatch showed how much we could get on the brush. The only way we could possibly get more is by removing the product from the rose and using it as a loose product, but that's not how someone would use this product if they owned it. 😊
