at real paper test, if the question are more than 1 number like part b, we can look at the second or third question to guess what the question, but if like this we must remember what they talking...

Nah, its different. The man says, "if the weather doesn't interfere, he might be delayed". "he MIGHT be delayed" A. The weather MIGHT PREVENT ..... B. Richard WILL NOT ARRIVE ..... Sorry I dunno how to make bold text, so i just caps the important words. Hope you get it.
