I use to struggle setting the Bridger #5s so I made setters that I can set them standing up and hold them with one hand! I have a video if you would like to check it out? I really enjoy that you guys put out videos after season is over so I can still watch some trapping in the off season! It was time well spent watching this video! I was amused and educated at the same time! Thank you very much for sharing my friends!

Great vid Chris 👍🏻, why do you and Kenny dislike catching otter’s so much?
@outofthewoodyard5 ай бұрын
Thanks! Because we can only catch AND keep 2 each in a year (2 tags each) and we catch WAY more than that every year so we have to turn them in to the DNR . If we tried we could catch dozens every year.

Ok , I figured it was something like that

I don't bother w drown rigs because I've had beaver pull the weights to shore. Used 25lb barbell plates. I just bonk em on shore live in the trap.
@outofthewoodyard4 ай бұрын
You need at least 40 pounds.
@Rob-ji7fx4 ай бұрын
@@outofthewoodyard if I carry 40lbs, its gonna be 40lbs of traps and just slap mr beaver w a sleeping pill.
