I felt like Bones could have been the majority of the song, not Miracle. Like, that was fine and all, but it was a weird mashup. I'm pleased that she picked two, but it needed to be more empowering. Also, "no one could see this coming..." I did. I watched this video first, I haven't been watching the show, just KZbin snippets, and I had a sneaking suspicion as soon as I heard both of the rewrites taking shape. They're both very similar melodies, and lend themselves well to a mashup. I just feel like the producers could have had a better song than this.

The two concepts don’t match. Never heard of Bebe, but ‘Bones’ stands alone as a commercial hit with an original concept. With a singer with more vocal ability. Miracle was pretty commercially appealing too. Would have liked to have heard the third song.

Bones was epic and I have nothing against the mash up, however I do think that the way the music video was lack luster in the chorus because one of the things I liked best was how much force and energy was put into the chorus of miracle, especially in the context of the Olympics, but the song mash up was super smart. Bones was my fav tho lol
