how do I unlock the front wheels so they swivel? I've managed to do one side but the other just pops the whole wheel off😅I bought this secondhand so trying to figure it all out still!

11 month old doesnt fit inthe belts of the seat unit. Can you tell me what I do wrong ? The straps are to the max but she still doesnt fit. She is a little small for her age so that cant be the problem.

There should be a button on the inside of the hood eithew one each side or two on one side. Which one do you have?

Why wasn't show this in this nearly 10 minute video then? I'm not even joking, I've just ended up literally RIPPING the handle out of the carry cot, springs popping everywhere and everything, which makes it just a cot now since I guess I can't carry it. I honestly spent 25 minutes trying to figure it out, watched at least 5 videos with none of them answering this so it's not obvious and should be covered in all videos because the carrycot is unusable as a pram when the handle is up.

@@EpicKirsty we do try to cover as much as we can. The carrycots vary and the hood folding can be differnet.

On your frame, there is a button, if you look on the frame up from the front wheel it is a grey button with a white centre push this and your wheel will swivel, if you look at the video around 4 minutes and 14 seconds this is demonstrated 🙂
