Just to make the things clear Bebe wrote the hole song with some people (Like John Bellion but she wrote most of it and she made the concept of the song. It came straight from her heart) called "Monster Under my Bed" (Like it says in the title) and she sold it to Eminem who was the only one who believed in that song cause a lot of labels didn't thought it was going to be a hit. And she was with 200$ in her account and the only thing she could do it's sold the song to someone and Em accepted and create his rap parts and replaced the Bebe's verses with it. He was going to left the Bebe's vocals in the chorus but his label didn't agree cause... you know "You need big famous people or this will not be a hit bla bla bla" and then Rihanna jumped in and the only thing they left of Bebe's vocals was the "Oh-ho-oh-ho" parts cause Rihanna wasn't able to hit those notes perfectly apparently (Not saying that Riri is not that good she is amazing 💕) and there you have it.. "The Monster". Thank you
