always love hearing from you beautiful fun ladies!!! some thoughts on what was discussed... I cannot stand having to take a poop right after a shower!!! I'm a progressive in so many areas but don't touch the stork, santa, tooth fairy or easter bunny. lolzzzzz...as far as the cleanse goes, cannot even think of the one i have to take for the colonoscopy!!! was constipated all my life because i never had time to take a dump doing 4/5 shows a day for 21 years (no split casting back then) but now the ulcerative colitis causes the opposite effect so have to worry about making it to the bathroom...i am the exact opposite of Keltie when it comes to work & fun, always had the Peter Pan syndrome and just wanted fun although i had to work so hard doing several diff jobs as i raised a son on my own own ...love Keltie's goals for career, please add DWTS to them!!!...Pickleball was very popular on The Golden Bachelor (they will be having a televised wedding tomorrow (Thursday)...I was a bad shopaholic but do not feel so bad that i am in good company, never had the kind of $$$ you guys were talking to spend, ran up credit cards and spent every penny i made on my son, other people and myself so have nothing now in retirement...my only manifestation now at 71 is to live long enough that my grands can make the decision to be with me on their own and goal is to enjoy staying up all night, sleeping until mid afternoon, eating whatever i want, & enjoying nature and simple pleasures. Do i wish i could travel now and not be concerned about paying rent? Fuck Yeah!!! many things i would do differently in hindsight but cannot change them now. Remember, life's uncertain, dessert first!!! Happy New Year ladies with much love!!! Xoxo

OMG Becca SAME. I hate Christmas! Always have! When I had my son everyone told me things would change, but obviously they don’t know me that well 🤣. We still make the Christmas season so magical for him, but it has nothing to do with 50 million presents, Santa, or the stupid elf on the shelf. I’m a self-proclaimed Grinch. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I've been experiencing the same issue with spending money on "new things" but like, I go nowhere most of the time... so my therapist recommended a book called The Year of Less. I am challenging myself along the same lines to not buy or consume without thoughtful intent behind it... It'll be interesting to follow y'all through 2024 on your year of use what you have!

I got an acupressure mat a few months ago and I feel like it has helped me with symptoms of pms (not sure how but it works for a lot of people) and with well being in general. Plus it’s really cheap

I agree with Becca, Santa lap pictures are WEIRD. We did it a few times but my children have zero interest in getting pictures with Santa. They believe in Santa but call bullshit on him having time to sit at the local mall 😂😂

SO WEIRD that they are talking about having heavy metals in their bodies when IF u did in fact have heavy metals in your body, u would have metal poisoning!?! SO u would have diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain. SOO IF u had those metals in ur body U WOULD KNOW WITHOUT having to take whatever vitamins and going through having to shit urself every other hour smh lmao I WISH more podcasters would SPEAK true FACTS and be MORE knowledgeable BEFORE they go on air and talk about stuff that ISNT right or true!?!?! PUTTING false info out there can cause ur fans to think they have health issues and then do stuff they shouldnt be doing to themselves!!!! SMH
