Beck, Guero Album Reaction (Unblocked May 2023)

I'm 44 and have been a fan of Beck's since the 90s when "Loser" dropped. This album and 'Mellow Gold' are my favorites of his, I listen to them in full quite often. Then, again, all his albums are in the rotation; he doesn't have a bad one lol Beck is an amazing artist, and I'm finally getting to see him this fall. Can't wait! Edit: I've never seen that video of "Black Tambourine" before - Mr Tambourine was KILLING IT. ❤ Edit 2:... my versions of this album don't have anything after "Emergency Exit", so that was a new experience lol.

Surprising not to see Beck on reaction channels - he had one of the seminal albums (popular and critically acclaimed in "Odelay" from 1996) and another in 2004 "Sea Change" and every album is so consistently great for 25 years+ - he shifts from genres so effortlessly he really lives in a category all his own. He finally won a grammy for album of the year in 2014 I think for more of a rock/folk album "Morning Dawn" but it jus further shows how wide his musical tapestry ranges - but whatever style he is doing, quality is always there and there are few if any filler tracks on any of his albums. Great to see you put this up! A TON more phenomenal music from Beck to explore.

I’m a big fan of Beck and he puts on a great live show. “Morning Phase” “Mutations” and “The Information” are my 3 favorites. Guero is great too

Beck rules. This album is great but not close to my favorite of his. He's got so many classics.
