I don't know if transitioning changes things, but I took a voice class in college that was co-ed and the methods of singing (especially warming up) are different for guys and girls. Maybe try looking into one also? Just practice and stretch it out! You have to break your new voice in like a new pair of shoes. (:

You are still pitching up your voice and your vocal chords are too tight from that. Men sing differently from women. I recommend doing basic vocal exercises to find where the high and low point of your range are. Stand next to a piano, warm up your voice, and then do scales.

Omg what a big difference between those voices! Honestly you don't have a nice singing voice at the moment. But I'm certain that within a year or so you'll have a great voice back! You're now just in 'boy puberty' those voices are never nice ;)! Keep on singing!
