First there is nothing that says what an adult can and cant wear. Second Consent is the most inportant thing and Trust. When Nia does it in a match its preplanned and consent is given. Rhea did it unscripted breaking trust and without consent from Nia. It has 0 to do with pg or house show and more to do with trust in a ring between the two putting on the show not to violate that.
