FYI, the OFCOM rules say the supplier only needs to TELL you what new customers get rather than give you that offer. But it's still a important info for haggling down your deal.

never been with BT in my entire life! was never worth it! other providers much cheaper and also offer cashback...... so I keep switching every year!

Thanks Adam. I’ve had them in the past by stacking a few offers, reduced price, cashback, new customer prepaid visa and discounted mobile, and it worked out really, really cheap. So it is possible, but so often what you get depends on chance and what’s available when your contract is up!
