I was really sad before I came across your channel... My girl crush said she wasnt interested in me, and it made me sad because she was my first friend in uni... but we may not be able to hang out anymore.. and then I saw your video @_@ I thought u almost looked similar to her... now I think I can have the strength to de attach myself and take care of myself

This is really true, and the necessity to detach has hit me harder after someone left my life. It really made me think about this stoic philosophy “you don’t own people, you only return them to the universe when they leave you”

those are such beautiful thoughts and words you said. the hardship of letting someone go is something that is very hard. this helps us know we are doing the right thing and lets us be free from regret I think. I'm sending you so much peace and light today friend :))

The algorithm keeps sending your videos my way but I'm glad because you spit facts. I've really connected with Buddhism lately and a lot of concepts such as sunyata (the emptiness of reality) and detachment seem like depersonalization and apathy, but they're actually key in garnering a deeper appreciation of this experience -- despite it being rooted in suffering.

I’m so grateful our energies are crossing paths! You are so right friend, there’s a common misconception when it comes to detachment but truly it is a very positive way of living. It brings even more value to life and truly makes you want to be present! Sending you positivity and abundance today :))

Yeea, i hear what you say about the fact that having things temporary is actually better than we think. Back in the day i almost always used to stay home when my friends went out and also invited me, but now i say yes to pretty much everything they invite me to, because i now know how worth it it is. More time with my friends have pretty much also made me happier about myself

Sometimes being anxious and stressed, or as a result depressed... The only thing that keeps me going is thinking about death and how in 100 years I'll be dead anyway. Nothing is as cathartic and motivating, knowing everything is finitie is cozy.

that is so true! well said. it just makes us see how lucky we are to spend this time here and know the people we love for example. It makes us enjoy those simple things like drinking coffee or decorating our space. the idea helps us open our arms and lets us let go of fear. Sending you peace and light today friend. :))

Introspective self-permanence defeats the purpose of detachment. Surrender is not an option and so it cannot be an option. What is left as an option is scoring wins and losses and etching them in the caves of your reality. The life outside of the cave will become sunnier and sunnier as we venture out in later years with darkness more real to our eyes that even a little sunlight seems like a conflagration of flames.
