i noticed while communicating with people that communicating is like a dance. People already assume what you are going to say and how the conversation will go and thus there is no problem in them actually hearing the words you say. But if you are extremely unpredictable and manuevre the conversation in odd ways, you find yourself having to repeat words, because if you use words that are not expected they don't hear them. Just like with reading where subconsciously only read the first and last letter and then based on the physical length on the word we assume what the word is without putting effort into actually reading all the letters in the written word (this is one of the reason why when you try and spell check yourself lots of spelling mistakes go unnoticed). Same with hearing, we don't actually hear all we just hear a few consonants and vowels and assume what was spoken.

Affirmations work. When you start telling yourself something that feels like it isn’t true.. for example if you feel unhappy with yourself start affirming that you are that.. for example if your inner voice says you are ugly.. rewrite that and say to yourself intentionally I am beautiful. It will be silly and be very difficult to say that bc you don’t believe that but keep at it.. everyday on the way to and from work or school. Overtime you will rewire your brain and you will start feel beautiful and most likely will take steps to improve your look and also inner happiness reflects outward.

Honestly?- life's not about "being ahead of the game". No one is competing against anyone , we are all sojourners.. fellow-comrades, one big family on earth, come from one BIG SOURCE that is full of LOVE, POWER AND ABUNDANCE! There's no competition! We are all just meant to enjoy this beautiful , exhilarating, "physical " adventure, which we call 'life' alongside each other and do so by recalling to our memory who we REALLY are - we are POWERFUL, magnificent, ABUNDANT "conscious creators". And we are all ONE at our core having different physical expressions, we are not separate in true sense. So, there's no one to get ahead of really. Rather, to just create beautiful things for our individual, beautiful expressions. This has been my greatest revelation in life, so grateful!! 🥰🥰🥰

I'll say this skill is only as good as the message you're delivering. Can't tell you how many egomaniacs I've run into who can smooth talk their way into anything but it's of no substance in that it's only for them to hear how cool they are out loud lol.

1. be kinder and set reasonable expectations. give yourself credit. 2. create good habits and keep removing your bad habits. 3. i cannot explain this well as this isn’t something i have a strong belief in. 4-8. this: - avoid using the presentation voice for silly things. - be less judgmental. - be less negative. - stop using hyperbole. - don’t speak of opinions like they’re facts. - be honest - have integrity - put love into your words - engage your body while speaking (shows true honesty) - do things differently than usual - journal - thoughts aren’t the most valid - didn’t understand, sorry - don’t be too monotone - slow pace when talking - don’t use filler speech - warm up the voice and tongue

I did want to tell you something about the teeth thing you can try... I have a misplaced tooth on my bottom row that's just a little too far forward, and basically what's slowly helping me move it back into place is exercise and positioning. It's a meme now but personalized mewing can help straighten teeth. Basically, what I do it align my middle teeth and hold my jaw like that, and over time along with mewing practices and all that your teeth move into the correct position. I think ultimately it just creates more space for your teeth to exist in, whereas they might not have that space currently. Braces will pretty much do the same thing, but just something external forcing it and then the retainer retaining it. Also I highly recommend mastic gum (Falim is what I'm currently using). Again, I wanna mention that your teeth are fine as they are, but I understand what it's like when something's bothering you and you at least want to be doing something about it. Otherwise, great video. I love talking to people but I feel that sometimes I don't know how to shut up when I need to or to hold authority and backbone within my statements.
