Thank you Lauren for putting these up ❤ Ive been listening to you for almost 4 years now and you have really helped me sleep and learn how to let go of the things in life that I cant control. Your meditations helped me get clean, through a year of rehab and now im clean for 3 years come December. They really helped trough some rough nights and lately to keep me on the straight and narrow. I hope it helps you to know that you have been a big support on this road to redemption and you helped me see my childhood trauma in a different light ❤️

As a fellow recovering addict, I just want to send you my best wishes for the future. Well done for addressing your issues and doing everything you can to stay on the straight and narrow. With all of the temptation in this world, it's not easy. However, it is so worth it. Sending love and blessings to you from Ireland 🇮🇪 ❤🙏

Dear Lauren, thank you for creating from your heart. I am 63 years old and have been becoming crippled over the years physically. To the point where I could not even hardly walk. I was carrying so much drama in my body. Your messages and teaching, have enabled my body to begin to heal. Thank you for teaching. It is for your experience that you teach. Therefore you know. What you teach, are things at 63, I didn't even know. Here I am at this age learning principles I should have known at 30 and 40 years old. I am thankful to learn them now. I thank God for you, prayer messages, and for the work that he can do through you. Blessings dear sister. With the deepest gratitude and thanks.

I had a very disturbing dream while listening to this - I've listened several times. I really enjoy your content. I don't know why my subconscious is so afraid of growth and change. As you say, it isn't easy.
