A lot of great advice! I agree it has to come from love and with a “why” in mind that inspires. I’m also trying to see everything as an exciting journey instead of a destination. There is no end destination - life and positive change or maintenance is always a journey. I just made a list of my goals for the new year and might also make a short video about making changes/resolutions for the new year. If so, would love to use a small clip of some of your advice if you wouldn’t mind. Fully credited, of course. I wish you a happy New Year and hope you have a wonderful, productive journey in 2022!
