Everyone needs different levels of sleep 8-10 hours could be too much for people but … proper sleep as you said it 💯

@@Nance698 there’s actually recent studies that show women need more sleep than men! Ideal sleep for women is actually 9-10 hours per night. The 8 hour recommendation is from sleep studies only done on men. Obviously that can be difficult to do all the time, but still good information to know :)

Such a valuable video! I don’t often promote books, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is an exception. It’s packed with insights on wealth and self-care that are not widely known. All the best to everyone

you don’t have to cut out bread, pasta, and rice from your diet. just go for the wholegrain versions eg brown rice or whole meal bread. yes it’s true that high blood sugars for a LONG time can lead to diabetes but it’s good that you said small rises and dips are fine (that’s completely normal). and you can reduce the spikes by adding fibre and protein ❤

Finally someone who talks REAL glow ups! Everything I’ve seen so far was only “get a morning routine and cut people out of your life”, and finally I found good advice on physical and mental health, which I found many people don’t talk about these topics because they’re not as “comfy” and easy as the other things (which are also important, but let’s focus on the basics firsssst!!)

People seem to forget that cannabis was used as natural medicine before big pharama....weed is still used as medicine. Just because you or others may have had negative experiences with weed doesn't mean thats the "norm" for everyone. Everything is moderation. Weed CANNOT be compared to alcohol.
@tylerjrobinn24 күн бұрын
Medical weed is different than weed you can get from the streets. Street weed does hit differently and does affect you negatively. Medical weed is just that…medicine. You don’t OD on medicine but people OD on weed. Weed, alcohol, certain food etc can all be bad for you if you overuse it.
@tokintee24 күн бұрын
@ I don’t disagree. I wasn’t referring to street weed. I was referring to natural and organically grown cannabis.
