Can this be applied to feeling insecure about oneself due to the negative opinions that people have about your appereance, behaviours, personality, capabilities, life,character,etc? You know how he said “it’s much easier to complain about life than change it”? ... this makes so much sense in psychological terms! If you ask any psychologist, they’ll tell you that the first 6-7 years really influence out reality. Now this about when we’re infants( when we look like a potatoe with limbs) ... we cry out for help and expect someone to come help us. This is something we need to grow out of! Don’t complain and give others your attention and compassion.

Whatever he said in video is infact derived from 'vedanta' school of philosophy in hinduism. This basic idea of being just an observer and not doer and observing without having any 'raag' or 'dwesh' (liking or hating) is core of vedanta. Because you are not the body, nor mind, and nor the ego. You are an eternal consciousness which in itself is unshakable. You don't have to try to become unshakable. You just have to know yourself as you are.

I agree with "we create our own reality". And I would like to place this sidenote... we shape our personal reality. And together we create a collective reality. There is an energetic field where we are interconnected. A collective emotion of, for example fear, can have implications on a wide group or total population even. There are influences in this world that would love to keep us stuck in dependency on them. Governments, religious institutes (big believer in the divine here though) and producers of medicine or other products. Yet, it is up to us if we are going to keep playing their games. Or are we going to leave them behind, like we would walk away from an unhealthy relationship? ❤

A very good medicine,is also to give love to people… Say something nice to a stranger,you meet when you go out… Maybe the kind and loving words,to the stranger saved his day… Just give someone a smile,and it will come back to you… When you give,you also heal your wounds,if you have any… Because it start a chain reaction in your soul… That’s what love is about… This video are good information,but there are many poor people,in this world,that also are in need! They can’t practice this advises… They’re in need of love & caring! The situation in the world are very complicated… But of course the ego,is in the way for the humans to love…

@iFameZzZ
@iFameZzZ 2 жыл бұрын
@@governorofflorida3648 [T]he ‘spiritual ego’ […] may display itself by feeling superior to others, or more pure, or that it calibrates higher. Sometimes the ego’s vanity is simply the wish to be considered ‘spiritual’. Another trap of spiritual vanity is intellectual vanity, which is exhibited by the accumulation of a great deal of information and data about the details of religious and spiritual groups and their evolution over time. To know ‘about’ spiritual truth, however, is not the same thing as ‘knowing’ it, much less 'becoming' it. Another variety of specialness is that with spiritual evolution, the capacity to love and radiate that field increa- ses, which is attractive to others who misinterpret it as personal love. Thus, infatuation may be a temptation, and seduction has been the downfall of many unwary teachers who had a high calibration level early in their careers but then showed very severe decreases later on. - David R. Hawkins

@@governorofflorida3648 Question: How can one prevent the development of a spiritual ego? Each success seems like it would feed it. Answer: Realize that there is no such entity as the doer of deeds or actions. There is no doer/self to take blame or credit. Progress is the result of a quality of consciousness that has been ac- tivated by the assent of the spiritual will. Spiritual inspiration becomes the energy that is operating; it doesn't emanate from the ego/self.

@@iFameZzZ Thank you for the clarification. In essence, in order to "transcend the spiritual ego" is to be AWARE of it...to "shine the light of consciousness on it" as ET would say. It is the hardest to transmute (spiritual ego). You have described it as making judgments and comparing one to the other when in fact we are all from the same source and are all interconnected. The mind can be a most difficult master but a great tool once we can master our minds. Namaste kind sir
